A Day In The Life:

  • Manage general administrative matters
  • Issue invoices and credit note, raise purchase orders and manage account receivables
  • Assist in tender submissions
  • Assist project team on administrative duties
  • Render operational assistance on-site when required
  • Prepare, manage and facilitate sales quotation and relevant sales process documentation
  • Update client database
  • Collate and assist in the closure of project reports, payment requisitions and claims
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences
  • Coordinate meetings and take minutes
  • Prepare and disseminate newsletters, update website
  • Issue and replenish stationery and office supplies
  • Ensure that the office equipment are in good working condition
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Diploma or Degree in related field
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of related experience
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Salary will commensurate with candidate’s working experience and qualification.
