What drew you to Kingsmen for your internship?
I've always been drawn to the power of design to create immersive experiences. Kingsmen's reputation for crafting innovative and impactful spaces immediately appealed to me. I was eager to contribute to a team that prioritises both the visual appeal and the emotional connection of a space.
How did the experience deepen your passion for Design, particularly Visual Merchandising?
This internship has been such an eye-opener! I’ve gained a deeper understanding of how design elements work together to create a cohesive and impactful visual narrative. By working on diverse projects, I've learned to design with intention, considering both form and function. This has solidified my passion for visual merchandising and its ability to shape consumer experience.
Which was your most fulfilling experience during the internship? What task did you find the most rewarding?
Every project I've worked on has been incredibly fulfilling. Being able to see the tangible impact of my work and how it contributes to the overall experience has been truly inspiring.
What has been the most valuable insight that you've learned so far?
The most valuable insight I've gained is the importance of understanding the client's vision and aligning it with the design. Effective communication and collaboration are key to creating successful projects. Additionally, I've learned the power of storytelling in design. By crafting compelling narratives, we can evoke emotions and create lasting impressions.
